Fantastic website allowing quick selection of the parts I needed to upgrade my 11 year old Thule roof rack to fit my new car (thanks Thule for the backward compatibility of parts). Free delivery of the parts in three business days rounded out a great experience. Highly recommended.

I did lots of research on the web and roof rack store had hands down the best website to help you choose the right product. Easy access to specs, pictures, videos and reviews, there is no reason to shop anywhere else. I come from melbourne which is fine because delivery is free. I could find the same easy self service from local stores. Thanks roof rack store!

I bought online from Roof Rack Store and could not rate their customer service more highly. Their site was absolutely clear of out of stock items but allowed the option of getting the item on back order and at the sale price to those. It meant I didn't miss out on a great price. They kept me up to date from the moment of order with the status of my backorder, let me know of unforeseen delays (bad whether causing shipping delays) and were really friendly to deal with. Bonus, they had unbeatable prices! Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a Thule VeloSpace XT 3 Bike Carrier 939AU from Roof Rack Store online. They contacted me straight away to advise there was a delay with delivery and offered me a number of different options. I chose to wait for the rack, and they were in constant communication throughout the process, with regular updates. They were very focused on making sure my requirements were met, offering me alternatives throughout the whole process if I needed a rack sooner than they could get it back in stock. I cannot fault their attention to customer detail (especially for an online order) and level of customer service. Everything went to plan and the rack was shipped and arrived immediately (once back in stock). I took it on its maiden 1,000km voyage and it lived up to the reputation that Thule has - the bikes didn't move an inch and it was a very smooth ride. The engineering/design is great and this particular model is worth the extra for the options of taking DH or eBikes as well as other bikes (we had 1x 27.5inch and 1x 29er). It is a 3-bike rack, and while I only took 2 bikes this trip, there was sufficient room for a 3rd in the middle. Being able to access the boot of the car with the bikes on the rack was very convenient and loading/unloading was also straight forward. I was approached by a stranger at the DH race who spotted the rack (in use) and was very impressed as it was better than their trailer setup - it wouldn't surprise me if they get one shortly! I could not be happier with the product and the customer service from Leigh and the team at Roof Rack Store, and their prices are very competitive! Thanks again - one very happy customer! :)
